Outlook Integration

Prerequisites

• A verified Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) account.

Steps to Connect Outlook with MeherY

1. Go to the Mehery Admin Panel
2. Navigate to the Channels section on the left panel.
3. Click on Add Channel and select Email.
4. In the modal that appears, select Outlook.
5. In the next step, choose Auto Configure Email.
6. Click on Login with Outlook.
7. You will be redirected to sign in with your Microsoft account. Enter your credentials and complete the sign-in process.
8. Once the authentication is successful, you will be redirected back to the MeherY Channels page.
9. Your connected Outlook email address should now be listed.

Functionality

Once integrated, the Outlook channel allows two-way communication from the MeherY system via this email id.
